Windblume has brought some new quests for players to complete, and one of them involves making a potable. Margaret will ask you to create a new potable for her, and because you are no Diona, this will be a bit of a challenge.

There are some very specific instructions for mixing the drink, you cannot only luck your way into success. Get-go up, you will need to put in the Sugariness Blossom, so the milk. Follow this with some Windwheel Aster, and and then let it sit down for a while. Finally, add some Dandelion Seeds, and follow it upward with some ice cubes.
