Today I had the pleasance of meeting Elijah and the staff at Russell Cellular in Chester NY. From the moment I set pes in the shop Elijah greeted me with a smiling and proceeded to provide the all-time customer service experience I take ever had. I am 70 years one-time so I have experienced a wide range of individual service. Elijah is in a class all by himself! Focused, professional person, knowledgeable, courteous, patient and an astonishing personality. Purchasing a new phone ordinarily causes me feet and confusion but Elijah turned it into the best customer service experience I have ever had. Thank you Elijah and the staff in Chester. I hope Verizon Wireless appreciates the team in Chester and especially Elijah.

I noticed a day earlier I was supposed to go to Hawaii (and notwithstanding work) that my phone was no longer sending or accepting Text Letters. I panicked equally I didn't want to miss a beat while I was away from the office. I went to the kiosk and was lucky enough to get Nick one of the best customer service reps I accept ever met. Luckily he had heard of this earlier only couldn't fix it himself then he called IT/customer service on the phone and tried to tell them what they needed to practise however they wanted him to try a half dozen other things get-go.
Once he did that we got disconnected. When he called back of course nosotros got someone new. Explained the situation with them for some time until they did what he suggested and what do yous know it worked. It simply took an 60 minutes on the phone with customer service but he knew what he was talking nearly all along. I left at that place super relieved that information technology was working once over again and just in time to catch my flight that evening. While we were waiting for Customer Service there was another man there praising Nick for working a miracle on his telephone also. We asked him if we could buy him luncheon equally he was a huge lifesaver for both of us and he declined graciously. I idea the least I could exercise is give him a shout-out on here and let Verizon know how lucky they are to accept him as an employee. This was on eleven/eighteen/2021.

My New Phone Experience: (iPhone Pro13 Max) It'due south non every day that you become a new telephone, in my case it's been 5-years, and going from an Android to a iPhone, I have to admit my anxiety. I would similar to start with the archway of going into the Verizon building on Rt6 Gar Highway Swansea Ma. (fragrance)! It'south similar going to a Fine Dining Resturant (that initial feeling- clean- & a great start).
My sales person ** has a passion for what he does and with no question, knows his stuff. Professional and Courteous! I ask a lot of questions, every bit a matter of fact I brought my checklist. Everything checked, and transfer complete. What a relief and I love this phone. My first phone call, to my granddaughter who couldn't wait to talk, even ameliorate Facetime her Papa! I honestly can't say enough near Verizon afterward 23 years as a customer. And Kudos to my main human being **, yous made my day, and yes, I highly recommend this store if you lot are going to upgrade. Five Stars and more. Cheers

I discovered that my telephone screen was cleaved around 8am this morning. I logged into the "My Verizon" app and reported the cracked screen for repair. They sent a technician to my house (User-friendly) to exercise the repair on site. The technician arrived at 1230, but 4.five hours afterwards I reported this issue (Quick). The technician was extremely polite, very respectful, and took on the task without issues (Professional). I am amazed at the service provided for the warranty protection and I can certainly say that from my experience, this was a very great way to back up the customers. Keen chore to all involved and I appreciate the very fast response equally I am at present back to enjoying my phone without the crack in the screen.

The Customer Care employee I had the pleasance to talk to today, referring to some cyberspace issues I was having, was the best I've ever had. His proper name was Mike and he was kind, understanding and he listened. Which is a rarity considering of the numerous Customer service people I have talked to from many companies, well-nigh either are or at to the lowest degree act like they are stupid. For case, asking a question to which the answer was already given is the most common (and extremely aggravating) matter that most Client service people do. I've been a customer of Verizon for over 20 years. I have several phones on my personal line and a lot on my business line which I intend to motility both of them. I was switching to the iPhone 13 and the salesman told me I could get the Apple Watch for only $5 a calendar month. I asked if I would have to pay the $10 monthly fee for data and he said, "No. Not until y'all pay off the watch." I received my bill and information technology showed an extra $eighteen a calendar month for the Apple Spotter. I called and they said you have to pay for the data. I said, "That'due south not what I was told therefore I do not want to scout I would like to return it, please disconnect the service." I was told if I return the Apple Watch inside xxx days I would non be charged anything, and so I did. I was charged $75 on my bill for the Apple tree Watch.
I called and they said the telephone number for the picket was not asunder!! Again I asked them to disconnect it and credit my account for that amount they would not give me the credit. They said they cannot disconnect the phone number until the side by side billing bike. Over again today I checked my bill and it has non been disconnected and I was billed some other $75! Again I called and the representative told me information technology will be disconnected and I will receive the credit on the adjacent billing bicycle. I cannot believe that they take such poor customer service. I would switch to another carrier if I could because of all the bedevilment and misleading information I have received. I have spent countless of hours on the phone with them.

Merely recently came back from a i-week cruise with my family and found we were charged $ane,000+ in charges by Verizon Wireless. The whole trip, roaming was turned off on all of our phones. I am continuously trying to discover ways to lower my monthly bill (recently canceled ii insurance coverages to save money) then I would never practise this! I'g a long-time customer who always pays on time, and Verizon Wireless refuses to assistance! I've spent hours on the phone with customer support with no resolution and have left numerous messages at corporate. This company waits for their customers to become striking with erroneous and invalid charges and does zero!

I take had several issues with my phone during the past year, such as not being able to receive texts when trying to sign into websites. Verizon is not bachelor despite their statement of 24/7 availability. I chosen at 9pm and they are closed. The "chat" part is worthless; it is a digital assistant that is unable to solve even the nigh small upshot. Using the "Talk to United states" link elicits NO response. The information on the website does not assistance yous solve problems. Considering the monthly cost of "service," I am appalled at the lack customer service. I plan to switch to T-Mobile.

To say that I'm dissatisfied with Verizon would be an understatement. No other company I've e'er dealt with comes close. I've joked that if I ever have a heart attack - see if I was just talking with a Verizon representative. The latest was a vii-month journeying to endeavor and get the personal hotspot on an IPhone 12 working. I talked to nigh ten Verizon reps and found out along the fashion that few of them actually notated my business relationship - causing me to reinvent the cycle every time.
During one of those months I was informed that my IPhone hotspot had used 50 GBs of data despite the fact that I couldn't get it to attach to my computer. Finally they said they would give me a new phone. When I called back a week subsequently the order had disappeared. I supposed I shouldn't take been surprised. I should pretty much be beyond surprise at this point. That time they actually sent one out.
Now, in the first week of the month - with the personal hotspot on the IPhone still dropping off regularly. I've been informed that I've blown through threescore GBs of information on my two hotspots - leaving me with about nothing for the residual of the calendar month. Of form, despite the fact that Verizon is apparently able to count the data (I imagine very poorly) they have no way to tell me how information technology was used upward. Just another bad Verizon story. Every bit I've said many, many times I would driblet them in a infinitesimal if I could. Unfortunately, I need them for their rural networks. Buyer beware.
