It won't respond to a netstop command, I can't manually disable information technology from Services.msc, and (more than interestingly) when I attempt to remove the update that supposedly installed this worthless thing (KB4056254) I am told that update in non installed on my computer. And then, my question is: How practice I remove OSRSS from my machine? And, tangentially, how did this thing get on my machine in the first identify?

   Something called osrdlsvc.exe popped upward in task manager the other day using my network. It also goes by OSRSS DLSVC, it resides in C:\OSRSS\osrdlsvc . Which access is denied and not found. I take disabled it and it has not re-enabled itself but there is
   no information on the spider web about it. I just don't know what it is and I have run several scans finding naught. Its a service that has no clarification and has no accessible location. I have as well seen information technology under services in the registry.
